The 5BY-5A Seed Coating machinery is used for coating vegetable seed and grain seed, such as seeds of wheat, barley, maize, sorghum, soybeans, cotton, chili, grass, etc.
Principle of 5BY-5A corn/maize seed coater
Seeds will be quantitatively fed into the rotary cylinder through feeding bucket elevator, at the same time quantitative medicine will be atomized by air compressor and LDed to the surface of seeds, and then will well mixed in the rolling cylinder.
The seeds will be coated with chemical before sowing, for against the different pest and diseases, lead to better germination.
