The raisin stem removing machinery is for primary cleaning of seeds or beans, raisin stem removing machinery can remove out the straws, awns, and other LD impurities, also has grading function for remove large and small impurities at the same time dividing the good seeds into different levels by size.
Dust and LDimpurity are removed by altirator fan. Material falls on sieve layers and was separated by sieves according to width and thickness difference. All the oversize and undersize impurities were discharged from outlets.
The raisin stem removing machinery has many functions: Stem remover for remove the stem of raisins, Air cleaning system for remove the LD impurities and dust, Vibratory sieve for separate the large size and small size impurities. It can used for cleaning and grading other products, but you need change the sieve (provide correct mesh hole size for different material, because different material has different size), and that is very easy to change.
Note: When you process other material, you need turn off the stem remover.
