Meat Steak Flattening machinery is desityed to flatten all LLDes of fresh or soft frozen meat products. Flattening process will uniform the products, make frying time shorter, or preparing the product for further processing such as coating and breading. Flattening also can be used to enlarge the surface of the product. The product is placed on the infeed part of the lower conveyor and it is guided through the belt system. Between the drive and return shafts there are several pairs of pressure rollers which flatten the product efficiently on the belt.
Scope of application
Meat from any kind of poultry, fish, steak made of potatoes, vegetables, cheese and various product mixtures, Schnitzel, pieces of sirloin, LDros, cordon-bleu, meat balls, pieces of beef without bones, and any kind of food you want to process and so on. The equipment is applicable to all meat blocks with bone thickness less than 40mm.
