Fish Meal Plant

1. Description:
This small Capacity fish meal is specially desity and manufacture for our customers who want to process leftovers like fish head, fish s and offals, also can deal with small whole fresh fish, the whole production line has a compact structure, good-looLD appearance, easy operate and good performance.

2. Raw material and Capacity

Raw material: raw fish or fish fillet and scraps( fish head, fish bones, fish offals), etc

Capacity of raw fish: 300kg/hour

Capacity of fish meal: 70-80kg/hour

3. Final products

Final product: skimmed fish meal

Moisture of final product: less than 12%

Note: usually the Capacity of fish meal is based on fish LLDe and fish quality

4. Procedure

Raw material -> Cook and pressing -> drying -> skimmed fish meal

Heating method: electrical heating of oil 200°C
