Product Description
Pregelatinized starch is subject a soluble & instant digestible food, and according to different customers and prescriptions, it could be divided into baby rice flour, old rice flour and instant rice flour. Learning from advanced domestic and overseas technologies, our new self-developed fully automatic nutrition rice flour line produces modified starch from grain through high-temperature and high-pressure extrusion, instead of traditional grain stir-frying, which is more absorbable with higher nutrition. With main raw materials of all kinds of grain, either adding daily necessary nutrient contents during producing nutrition powder or non-adding is available. Meanwhile, this line is capable to produce all kinds of baby rice flour, sesame paste, nut paste, etc.
Technological Process
Raw Materials Configuration→ Mixing→ Conveyance→ Extrusion→ Conveyance→ Drying→ Conveyance→ Pulverizing
Equipment Configurations
- Flour Mixer: evenly stir starch alone or starch mixture (e.g. corn starch, cassava starch, potato starch, etc) with a certain amount of water. Choose different LD flour mixer model according to different output requirements.
- spiral Conveyor: Convey stirred raw materials into feeding hopper of extruder.
- Extruder: Select different LD extruder model based on clients’ raw materials and output Capacity requirement. With the help of special control cmachineryt, extruder is able to extrude the raw material under different temperature & pressure, and produce puffed products. The shapes of products can be changed by changing the modules in extruder.
- Air Conveyor: Convey material into drying oven.
- multi-Layer Drying Oven: Dry semi-finished products. It is the most common dehydrationplant for puffed food. It includes a belt dryer and some in-built heating devices to carry out drying by means of electricity, vapor, diesel or gas. The drying temperature and drying time can be controlled.
- Pulverizer: Select an appropriate pulverizer model to pulverizing the products to powder according to the output requirements of modified starch production line.
