Introduction of cvd furnace
KJ series cvd furnace use high purity alumina or quartz tube as furnace tube.Working temperature ranges from 800℃ to 1600℃.The tube can be customized according to customers’ need.The furnaces are safe and reliable,simple operation,high precision temperature control,good heat preservation,high uniformity furnace temperature can connect vacuum atmosphere,etc.It is widely used in colleges and universities,research institutes,industrial and mining enterprise and other experiments and small batch production.

Features of cvd furnace
1. Operation Temperature: 1300℃ (1400℃ for short time).
2. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina fiber ceramic insulation.
3. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower teperature in outside case.
4. PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier).
5. Power control with 30 segments programmable.
