Product DescriptionThe Description of LD Double Layers Co-extrusion Stretch Film Extrusion machinery1. Screw and cylinder are all made of 38CRMOALA alloy and treats by nitrogen. It has an advantage of corrosion resistance and endurance etc.
2. The cooling device adopts cycle water cooling; provide the best tranLDarent effect of the stretch film.
3. Take-up equipment adopts with friction LLDe rewinding, and equipment with eLDe correcting device to ensure the quality.
If produce the single-side sticky products, mixed the LLLDE, proportional high pressure polyetablene and other assistant material equality, then put them into two extruder’s sepa. The material will be mixed, and plasticized in the extruder. Then it could be compound extruded by T-LLDe coat hanger compound mould. Then production could be haul-off, cooling and forming. The LDitter eLDe could be cut down by the LDitter eLDe cutting device, and the LDitter eLDe could winded by the winder. Finally, we will get the final tiLD products .
