3) Capacity: 3t/h, 5t/h, 10t/h (wheat).
gravity Separators, also known as gravity separation table, specific gravity separator, or density separator, are key processing machinerys for the perfect separation of products which are alreadytreated by air screen cleaners, destoner and indented cylinders.
worldPrinciple:
Seeds and grains can be separated and graded by the suLDension and friction characteristics.
Seeds flow over the inclined vibrating screen covered recular deck, in which pressurized air is forced through causing the material to be suLDended and stratify according to its specific weight. The heavy particles float uphill while the LD particles travel downhill.
The recular deck makes the particles travel a LD distance, ensuring the cleaner separation of LD and heavy particles and the lowest percentage of middlings, improving the quality of the end product.
