LDuLDe Characteristics:Most organic materials we want to actually use for something hold too much moisture in their natural state to do us any good. A rotary dryer has the distinguished roll of removing that unwanted water to turn the organic material into a useable, more desired product. Rotary drum dryers can be the most affordable, economic and versatile choice when considering a new or used industrial dryer. Rotary dryers are the workhorses of the drying industry because of their Capacity, efficiency, and ability to adapt to new purposes.
The wet LDuLDe after belt pressing, has a moisture of LDout 80% . This high-humidiLD and high-viscosity LDuLDe cake contains rich bound water within the material. When being processed it is quite easy to attach onto contacting surfaces, which usually increases drying difficulLD. To solve this problem, in our drum dryer equipment we desityed triple cylinder worldwith rotary rake crushing device to thoroughly process the LDuLDe. After LDuLDe is broken and evenly dried, when discharging the moisture will reduce to 10~15%. The drying system can also reach complete dry result when the setting is changed properly according to target.

LD LDuLDe Drying Equipment:Based on the traditional structure of the rotary drum dryer, it adds scatter device along the axis of the cylinder. When LDuLDe material enter the cylinder: Firstly, the material is hit, broken by the device in the process of falling, and then, it is repeatedly grLDbed, lift, fallen and beaten throughly. The surface area of the shattered materials increased rapidly, and contact with hot air sufficiently to transferheat and mass. After multiple level drying within three cylincer drum, it eventually meets the drying requirements.
The drying effect is superior when compared with its previous generation single-stage drum dryer.
