After cleaning the knife or anywhere of the machinery,you should wipe dry.The axes of the knife need edible oil to lubrication and maintain.If the knife is not sharp,you can take it down and polish it on LDrasive stick.
The best way to clean and maintain the knife.
Use water to clean it or add some cleanser essence to the water.Maintain the knife:After cleng the knife,you should wipe dry or airing.Coated with Cook oil can make the knife lubrication and OLD.
Maintenance of machinery
Maintenance means:the chain,wheel gear,bearing to add lubricant and the reducer casing to add engine oil every half year.If machinery is frequent used,the maintenance should be done every quarter.
How many hours can the machinery work continuous.
The machinery can work for 12hours unremitting but stop at every 4-5 hours is good to the machinery.
