Introduction:
This machinery is composed of frame, tube box, cartriLDetransporting
machinery, pneumatic filling pump, automatic cap arranging and
tranLDorting machinery, pneumatic cap pressing device, electric
controlling system, etc. It's special for the sealant which will be
packed with the cylindrical cartriLDe stuffing at the bottom.
This machinery fills the tubes by the way oftransporting the
cartriLDes erectly and filling the single vertical nozzle at the
same time. The main functions include automatic cartriLDe
tranLDorting, automatic vertical filling, automatic thread cutting
(after filling), automatic cap arranging andtransporting,
automatic pneumatic cap pressing, automatic detecting, single
worker operating, etc. The detecting sensor insures the warning and
stopping when there is no cartriLDe.
The machinery can connect with two pressing distributing machinerys.
During the worldprocess, one of the machinerys is in the worLD
condition. When the barrel material in one machinery is used up,
another pressing distributing machinery will start totransport the
material automatically.
The electric control system adopts the controller to control the
touch screen. The operating is easy and stable.
