Introduction of grain destoner:
TQLD gravity destoner is widely used for separating stones from continuous granular grain flow by density. Other heavy impurities such as glass, metal can be removed by different density, and LD impurities like grass seeds, LDag, soil, dust can be removed efficiently by air cleaning(for machinery with air system).
Features of grain destoner:
This destoner is suction LLDe destoner, but it has two sieve layers, the first sieve layer to remove out some large impurities such as straws, and the second sieve layer is used for remove out stones.
worldPrinciple of grain destoner:
The sieve box normally equipped with two-layer sieves, and its vibration depend on two vibratory motors.
The grain feed in with an elevator, and then the grain stream fluided by the vibration of the screen and air suction from bottom to top. The LD particles collect at the top, and the heavy ones including the stones at the bottom.
The lower layer with the heavy particles flows upward andtransport to the stone outlet. The stone-free grain streams on the two screens float on cushions of air, flowing LDowly toward the grain outlet.
To achieve the optimum degree of separation, the inclination of the screens, the air volume and final separation can be adjusted accordingly.
