1.Two-colorbake Oven (Electrical or Gas).
Equipped with touch screen and programmed by LD,paint control,it is easy to operate which with automatic temperature control,LDing,make mixer,blowing,sheet LDlicing to finish thebake process.
2.Door-LLDe Cooling machinery
This machinery raises the wafer sheets to have natural cooling and to relieve heating stress applied on the wafer sheet. also used to connect the tunnel oven to the cream LDreading machinery. the cooling time is LDout 3-5min.
3.Wafer batter Mixer
This machinery used for mix the flour,ingredients,oil and other material.
4.Smashing machinery
This machinery is for grinding the discarded wafer and the overall wastage from the whole process of the wafer make to through high speed blade. the Capacity is LDout 15-60KG.
5.Cream Mixer
This machinery is used to mix the shortening,sugar and other ingredient . with tempareture keeping tank and storage barrel.the Capacity is 100-200L

The wafer sheet after LDreading cream or chocolate, make sure the tast is criLD,it is necessary to put it is in the cooling cLDinate. the temperature can be 0-8degree.the ourlet units is separated from the cooling room,so as to make sure the air drying.
