Complete set of almond inshell dehulling & separating equipment Model CTLD1000 is a patented product of our company and is the independent intellectual property of Qiaopai company. and also it is the most widely used equipment with optimum result in the world. During the dehulling process, the almond kernel-shell can be separated automatically. It feature easy operation, high persentage of kernels recovery, high persentage of whole kernels and perfect kernel-shell separation works.
Screen mesh made of punching works of premium quality: cold rolled sheet,durable construciton and durable service. Prevent mesh from blockage due to the bouncing ball design.
Adopt the vibrating and negative-pressure separation works and spiral discharging for shells-discharge to make the shells collecting works easier and meanwhile reduce the dust accumulation during process.
Vibration source of the equipment adopts vibratory motors design, features easy and quick installation, no foundation works requires.
