1. Introduction
Three parts must have in this process line, prepressing, leaching(extracting) and refinery. Essential oil equipment have oil press machine, edible oil extraction machine, DTDC, refining pot, degumming pot etc.
After this process, you will get cooking oil and meal. At present, Four grade of edible oil have, different oil grade have different requirement for quality and machines.
First, this sunflower oil making line includes four part which are prepress line, extraction line, refinery line and winterization line. Then, this four part like a step, you must step by step, first prepress, second extraction, third refinery,
fourth winterization.
(1)The prepress line is a pretreatment for the sunflower seeds, you will remove dust and stones,
shell the sunflower seeds, flaking and cook the sunflower seeds in this process, also you will press seeds and get some crude oil from this part.
(2The extraction line: after the prepress, you will get cake, and this cake have about 18% resuide oil,
then the cake will go to the extractor, in this extractor you will get 99.9 percent oil from the cake by using the solvent.
Later the cake will go to the "DTDC" to remove the solvent, and the mixed oil(this oil is not edible for human will go to the "Evaporator" to remove the solvent.
(3) The refinery line: after extraction, you will get crude sunflower oil. this crude sunflower oil will go to the refining pot, decoloring pot and deodorization pot etc to get edible oil.
(4) The winterization line: this line is special for dewaxing, if you want to get high quality cooking oil you must have this process. Wax will soluble in the oil if the temperature exceed 40°C. so in general, the wax cannot be solubled in the oil, this will influence the looks, smell and taste of the oil.

Our products are edible oil press machine, edible oil extraction machine with solvent and edible oil refining machine. We can supply semi-continuous oil press equipment for 2-30T/D and Continuity sets of oil equipment for 30-3000T/D. By the customers requirement we can provide cooking oil press machine, cooking oil pre-press machine, cooking oil extractor or cooking oil refinery only. Any part of this edible oil producing line can be provided by us.

A Screw consists basically of a worm assembly,a shft fitted with spirally-arranged worm sections,rather like a screw.The shaft turns horizontally in a cage consisting of barrel bars that are clamped together forming a kind of sloted tube around the shaft.In turning,the worm assembly moves the oil-seed from the feed-end to the dischage-end,expelling the oil through the slots between the bars of the of the cage.The oil-seed,as it moves along the shaft,loses oil,and its volume decreases accordingly.Small Scale Screw Pressing Machine can be used to press oil from Peanut,Coleseed ,Cottonseed,Sunflower Seed,Soya bean,cocoa nut,argan,sesame,black cumin,almond ,pomegranate seeds,Palm Kernal and other oil-seed material.
