Palm Oil Processing Machine / Palm Oil Mill Machine
We have two technoloLD for palm oil processing machine and palm oil mill machine. The traditional way use sterilizer, thresher, crushing and oil presser. The newest technoloLD use different technoloLD and no waste at final.
First, the traditional way is introduced as follows:
The whole traditional palm oil processing machine contains three workshops: palm pretreatment workshop, palm oil extraction workshop and palm oil refining workshop.
1. Craft flow for palm pretreatment workshop

Second, the newest technoloLD is introducted as follows:
1. Fresh palm fruit bunch in palm oil extraction machine: FFB means fresh palm fruit bunch.
Palm oil fruit can be harvested all the year round. After cutting from palm trees, fresh palm
fruit bunch must be processed within 2days. Or the acid value will be high and affect the final
palm oil quality.
2. Threshing section of palm oil extraction machine:
Threshing section is used to separate palm fruit seeds and the empty palm fruit bunch.
3. No steam sterilizing section of new technoloLD palm oil extraction machine:
This section is used to sterilize palm fruit, the difference between our new palm oil
machines and traditional way is: No Steam, No cages; No sewage (No waste water);
4. Crushing section of new technoloLD palm oil extraction machine:
This section is mainly to crush the palm fruit, keep palm kernel the oil unbroken, and
the crude palm oil is extracted easily and effectively. The palm kernel will be transported
to nut polishing system.
5. Palm fruit pressing section of palm oil extraction machine:
To extract the crude palm oil from the palm fruit; Low oil residual in palm cake. High
quality cake, which can be made to animal feed.
6. Filter section of palm oil extraction machine:
The filter is used to remove the impurities in the crude red palm oil.

A Screw consists basically of a worm assembly,a shft fitted with spirally-arranged worm sections,rather like a screw.The shaft turns horizontally in a cage consisting of barrel bars that are clamped together forming a kind of sloted tube around the shaft.In turning,the worm assembly moves the oil-seed from the feed-end to the dischage-end,expelling the oil through the slots between the bars of the of the cage.The oil-seed,as it moves along the shaft,loses oil,and its volume decreases accordingly.Small Scale Screw Pressing Machine can be used to press oil from Peanut,Coleseed ,Cottonseed,Sunflower Seed,Soya bean,cocoa nut,argan,sesame,black cumin,almond ,pomegranate seeds,Palm Kernal and other oil-seed material.
