Second grinding: the purpose of second grinder is for fine grinding. the fineness grinding is reach to 150-160mesh. Water cooling system should be supplied in order to reduce the grinders chamber temperature (both primary and second grinder).
Blending :This tank has two layers, with two functions, mixing and Make the butter more homogeneous. Moreover, it can also decrease the butter’s temperature with large extent.
Cooling: The butter is pumped into cooling machine, through pipes twisted inside of cooler, the ideal temperature will obtain.
Refrigerator: it’s the key part of the whole plant, the butter’s temperature from second grinder can reach to 90-95C,in order to reduce the temperature of 30C
The refrigerator work and produce cooling water (water temperature can be set on),cooling water will be divided into 3 direction; first to provide cooling water for grinders, second for the blending tank, third for the cooling machine.
Degassing: Remove the air to make peanut butter more stable.
