The method of seed preparation does vary from material to material depending upon its oil content and physical properties. We grouped them into three categories: Oil Cakes, Oil Bearing Seeds (Flax Seeds, Soybeans, Sunflower, Rape Seed, and Canola) and Floury Materials (Rice Bran). For different raw materials, we have different solutions.
Our oil milling plant / oil pressing plant can process a number of oilseeds like flax seeds, peanut, soya, cotton seeds sunflower seeds, corn germ, rape seeds, canola, castor, sesame, neem seed, sheanut, palm kernel and the like. The most important equipment in the entire milling / pressing process is oil expellers which are used for high oil content seeds and also used for smaller capacity oil production plant.

We supply different pretreatment methods for oil plants with different oil content. Generally, for high oil plants such as rapeseed, cottonseed and peanut, first prepress to the reasonable level and then extract. At present, screw oil press is used for prepressing, and it includes single screw and double screw oil press. Single screw oil press is of short stroke, high pressure, high-temperatured barrel and large capacity, while double screw oil press is of low-temperatured barrel because of double stoke. Single screw oil press is used when there is no specific requirements for temperature, and double screw oil press is used for required pressing under low temperature.
