Working principle
It is well known that vacuum drying is to put raw material to the state of vacuum for heating and drying. If use vacuum to take air and humidity out.th© dry speed will be faster.
Note:lf use condensator.the solvent in raw material can be recovered.lt useSK series water ring vauurn pump or ZSAW series hyeraulic inject vacuum pump sets.Condensator can not be usee and the Investment could be saved.
Application
It is suitable for drying heat sensitive materials that can decompose and polymerize and metamorphose at high temperature. Lt is wide used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronic industries.

Features
Skech of oven
Under the condition of vacuum. The boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the pushing forme become greater. Therefore for a certain amount of heat radiation, the conducting area of evaporator can be saved;
The heat source for operation of evaporation may be low pressure steam or surpl us heat steam;
The heat loss of evaporator is less;
Before drying,the treatment of disinfection the period or dring. There is no impurity i confomlty with the requireme nt of GMP;
It belongs to static drier. So the shape of raw material to be dried can not be destroyed.
If use condensate, the soh/ent in raw material can be recovered.
