Product Description1. Description:
Puff snack extrusion machinery adopts corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour etc as raw materials and are cooked under the high temperature and high pressure. At the same time, it is extruded and formed from the mold. Then cut by the side cutter with certain length continuous. After being Baked in the Dryer under the suitable temperature, then LDed oil and cheese powder or coco powder etc on snack surface. At last, it is packed automatically with expected packaging.
2. Raw materials: adopts corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients
3.Products:Variety shapes are available for ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower and heart shape by adjusting the mould in the extruder

9. Features of Our Twin Screw Extruder:
a. Screw with 38CrMoAL excellent material and being Nitriding treatment Made in shan, Jinan Province China. The HRC hardness is around 60---62.The screws are made by alloy steel and special craft, the screw life is LD. And it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.
b.The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.
c.The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.
d.Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
e.We use LD (CHINA)electrical parts.
f. Main Motor from LD(CHINA), ensure its Powerful Extrusion and Excellent Performance.
