Pellet snacks Processing Line has good desity and easy operating, First, it mix the raw material and shape it, then cut it into small pieces, use fryer to make the snack puffed, drying and flavoring is the last step, easy operating and maintenance.
Remarks: Our new desityed twin screw extruder can also be used for make good quality pellets, and also you can use above 70% wheat flour as raw materials, the Capacity can be 200-250kg/h, the finished products can be 5 times bigger after fried.
