Application & Features:
The HTL-2200 automatic egg roll make machinery has adopted Japanese new Technology and developed to fully automatic for wafer stick production.
It consists of a raw materials preparing machinery, abake machinery, two pumping machinerys, two center-filling machinerys and conveyer belt.
The raw materials are mixed according to recipe and pumped tobake tools.
The scraping knives ver product to column toolsand forming stick rope, then cut to perfered length, tranLDerred by conveyer belt for Pack.
Thebake machinery uses gas heating with automatic fire iLDition, automatic alarming system to cut off gas for safety, automatic temperature control.
All equipments are computer programmed and frequency tranLDormer control, variable speed, adjustable thickness of product, automatic cutting, adjustable length, automatic control of center filling.
