Ⅰ. Brief Introduction
Agitation Tank is mainly used to mix pulp before flotation in the beneficiation process. It can mix drug and pulp intensively. Agitator is suitable to mix pulp with density smaller than 30 % (weight ratio) and size smaller than 1mm. V-belt of motor drives impeller to mix drug and pulp completely. This machine can increase reaction time and strengthen reaction quality of the drug. Ⅱ. Main Advantages
Agitation Tank is set before the flotation machine to make the reagent and the ore pulp be fully mixed. This machine is suitable for mixing the ore pulp whose density is lower than 3.5 and the flotation reagents whose density is lower than 30%. Ⅲ. Working Principle
When the machine works, under the rotation of the impeller, the ore pulp and the reagents will have big and small circulation, and they will be evenly mixed, and the mixed suspension liquid will be discharged from the overflow port.
