This line is one of Qiaopai’s patented products with independent intellectual property. It consists of two units: pr-sizing unit, dehulling and separating unit.
Pre-sizing unit can size nuts into 4 or 5 grades before dehulling.
Dehulling & separating unit can dehull each one of grades (except the smallest one) respectively, then remove shells, thoroughly separate out the un-hulled nuts from kernels. Un-hulled nuts will be returned back to dehullers automatically for re-hulling again.
Two units can fulfill the task to produce pine nuts without other assist machine.
The equipment features low electricity consumption, compact structure, minimum space occupation, low damage of nuts and kernels, easy operation and maintenance. It is well recognized to be one of the most optimum equipment for processing pine nuts in the world.
