Product Description Sunflower Seeds Oil Refining Plant1. introduction of the machine
Our oil refinery plant including a series of refining processes which are aim to remove
phospholipids, FFA, pigment, gums, waxes, off-flavor and other impurities from the oil.
To impart uniform color by removal of coloring pigments and to get rid of unpleasant
smell from the oil by removal of odiferous matter.
We have enough experience and advanced machinery for making palm oil refinery,
which lead the technicity in this field.
The Crude oil form could be refined for better edible oil.
2. main equipments
Neutralizing pot: for acid refining, alkali refining and washing;
Decolouring pot: for bleaching the oil and removing the pigment;
Deodorization pot: for remove the odour of the oil; (stainless steel)
Heat-conducting oil furnace: providing the vacuum required by declourizing and
deodorizing, it can reach 755mmHg or more;
Air compressor: for drying declourizing clay;
Filter press: for filtering clay;
Steam generator: for generating the required steam of deodorizing distillation.
