1. Introduction
(1) Function: The prepressing production line is used to make oilseeds to crude oil.
(2) Use range: Our production line is suitable for all kinds of oilseeds, such as soybean,sunflower seed, peanut, rice bran, rapeseed, sesame, cottonseeds, etc.
(3) Prepressing production line includes pretreatment equipments and prepressing equipment.
Pretreatment equipments which is pretreating the raw material include: shelling equipment, separating equipment, flaking roll.
Pressing equipments which is pressing the raw material into crude oil include: cooker and screw press machine.
2. Advantages
(1) Our shelling equipment has a high output and save power.
(2) Separating equipments can remove the impurities and stones. This part can improve the quality of oil and protect the other machines.
(3) Flaking roll is used to make raw materials to cake. This process can increase the oil yield rate. Our flaking roll is easy to operate and saves power.
(4) Cooker can destroy the cell of oilseeds and balance the moisture of cake.
(5) Screw press machine is the main part of prepressing equipment. It is related to the quality and output rate of oil. We use a new technoloLD to improve the yield rate and prevent the oil to returning to the dry cake.

A Screw consists basically of a worm assembly,a shft fitted with spirally-arranged worm sections,rather like a screw.The shaft turns horizontally in a cage consisting of barrel bars that are clamped together forming a kind of sloted tube around the shaft.In turning,the worm assembly moves the oil-seed from the feed-end to the dischage-end,expelling the oil through the slots between the bars of the of the cage.The oil-seed,as it moves along the shaft,loses oil,and its volume decreases accordingly.Small Scale Screw Pressing Machine can be used to press oil from Peanut,Coleseed ,Cottonseed,Sunflower Seed,Soya bean,cocoa nut,argan,sesame,black cumin,almond ,pomegranate seeds,Palm Kernal and other oil-seed material.
