1. Craft flow for flaxseed oil pretreatment and prepressing workshop
Flow processes:
Oil seeds → Magnetic box → Cleaning Sieve → Crusher → Flaking roll → Cooker → Oil
prepressing → Cakes → Solvent Extraction workshop
Crude oil → Refining workshop
2.Craft flow for flaxseed oil extraction workshop(extract max oil from pressed cake)
Flow processes:
Solvent
↓
Extractor → Mixed oil → 1st and 2nd evaporation → Stripping tower → Crude peanut oil
Wet meal → DTDC toaster → Peanut meal
3. Craft flow for flaxseed oil refining workshop
Flow processes:
Crude vegetable oil → Degumming and Deacidification→ Decolorization →Deodorization →
