1.Fruit reception system of Canola oil refinery equipment plant
1.1 Use truck to transport the ripe and fresh palm fruits from fruit ranch, weigh up them by platform scale and record, and then pour them into the discharging table.
1.2 Start control valve to open the discharging table, then fruit drop in the fruit basket car freely.
1.3 Drag the fruit basket car which loaded with fresh palm fruits to the downward of the bridge crane by power cable tray
and cable tray, then use bridge crane to sling the fruit basket car to the track lead to sterilizer sterilizing tank.
2. Sterilizer system of Canola oil refinery equipment plant
2.1 After drag the fruit basket car into the sterilizer sterilizing tank, close the sterilizer sterilizing tank and open the vent
valve below it. Then inlet saturated vapor, close the vent valve after the cold air in the tank was excluded generally, and
enter into the period of steaming and sterilizing.
2.2 Close the inlet valve after the sterilizing process. Drain out the water and vapor in tank, then you can open the door of
the sterilizer sterilizing tank.
2.3 Drag the cooked fruit basket car to the downward of the beige crane.
3.Threshing system of Canola oil refinery equipment plant
3.1 Pour the sterilized fruit in the fruit basket car into the unloading equipment.
3.2 Feed the fruit regularly into the fruit-separating machine to separate.
3.3 After twisting and beating in the fruit-separating machine, the fruits will fall off entirely.
4. Pressing system of Canola oil refinery equipment plant
4.1 Palm fruit was transported to crasher by elevator.
4.2 Fruit was heated in crasher.
4.3 After sterilizing, the broken palm fruit flow into the palm oil press machine to pressing.

Oil Refining Equipment
1. Decoloring tank: bleach pigments from oil.
2. Deodorizing tank: remove the un-favored smell from decolorized oil.
3. Oil furnace: provide enough heat for the refining sections which need high temperature of 280°C. 4. Vacuum pump: provide high pressure for bleaching, deodorization which can reach 755mmHg or more.
5. Air compressor: dry the bleached clay after bleaching.
6. Filter press: filter the clay into the bleached oil.
7. Steam generator: generate steam distillation.
Edible Oil RefineryProcess – Degumming
Hydration Degumming: Hydration degumming mean adding into some hot water and controlling the corresponding conditions to make the hydrosol agglomerated, deposited and then separate them. The separated gum(after being dried) can be made into lecithin or added into cakes or meals in the extraction workshop. Hydration degumming process can improve oil edibility, storage and do good to downstream neutralization section. Special Degumming: The technology is specially developed to meet the demands of physical refining for edible / vegetable oil refining. Add small quantity to acid or dilute base to the vegetable oil, strictly control the corresponding conditions to separate out the hydrated gum and un-hydrated gum. Gum level in oil should be controlled to suitable for downstream processing.
Edible Oil Refining Process – Bleaching
High activity clay is added into oil. Mix and heat mixture of oil and clay to make the small particle of pigment absorbed on the crystal of clay. At last filter the oil. Perfect mechanism, liable performance, well configured equipment.Bleaching Tower and Filters ensures excellent bleaching and separation effect.
Edible Oil Refining Process – DeodorizingCombined deodorizing is the latest technology, which improves oil flexibility significantly. Detailed deodorizing process in the entire oil refining plant is: Most heat of bleached oil is recovered by Heat Exchangers. The bleached oil is heated to the process temperature by mineral oil or high pressure steam and then the oil enters into the Combined Deodorizer. The Deodorizer is a combined type: The upper is packing structure, which is used to remove odor components like FFA; the lower is a plate type used for heat bleaching and making product quality more consistent.
Oil coming from the Deodorizer is cooled and stored after series of heat exchanger. Volatile like FFA is collected and stored as by-products.
